Balance Ball


An balance ball is used in physical therapy and exercise. Benefits of exercising with an balance ball is improving poor blood circulation, backache, easing tiredness, burning fat and so on. We can develop our muscles and fix contortion of our body by only balancing on a balance ball. We can also diet with it when we watch TV, so we can enjoy dieting. Some people use it instead of a chair because it makes us keeping good posture. A balance ball is very good for our health.


There are various ways of exercising with a balance ball.

Hamburger


Hamburger is one of fast foods. Fast food means foods which can be made and eat easily. We can buy it at hamburger shops whenever we want to. Hamburger is delicious, so many people like it. I also like hamburger and I often eat it, but hamburger is said that it is not good for our health. Because hamburger is high calories, eating it sometimes causes life-style related disease.


In 2004, the documentary movie "SUPER SIZE ME" was released. In this story, the director of this movie ate only hamburgers and another foods in McDonald's for a month, and he recorded how fast foods influence his health. I have never seen this movie, but I think it tells people whether fast foods is really bad for our health or not.
